Mario works with ServiceElements to deliver seminars to you, especially when the topics are delivered within the context of External or Internal Customer Service.  Modules range from 75-minutes in length to full day seminars.  A full-day seminar can be created by combining different modules.  You are encouraged to look at the different modules to customize topics that fulfill a particular need.  Mario can work with you to provide some detail and possible direction, given your group/organizational need. Mario can also deliver keynotes on these and related topics (please see his multimedia clips).

  • Leadership – This module begins with an individual assessment of strengths and weaknesses.  Common concepts associated with leadership are discussed and participants are given a brief assessment to see what type of leadership they exert on others.  Note that participants who benefit from this module do not have to be in formal positions of management.  This topic is intended to help participants gain insight into themselves, whether they are employees or managers.
  • Personality and Interaction – This fun-filled module teaches participants about different personalities, how they interact, and the role that variables such as gender and occupation play in this interaction.  Participants assess their own personalities and go through an exercise that sheds light on differences between and among those they work with and for.
  • Teamwork – An engaging session that implements some activities with the stages of teamwork, and the strengths and weaknesses associated with groups.  Information from the previous two modules resurfaces, and in this way the modules relate to each other and build upon each other.
  • Individual and Organizational Change – Change is both individual and organizational, both psychological and behavioral.  Participants learn about the phases of change, how to deal with it, and how to know whether change is necessary.
  • Conflict resolution – People handle conflict differently.  Participants are assessed and learn their conflict resolution style.  They are also introduced to different types of conflicts and strategies to handle them.  Depending on the extent of the need, this session can be one module or two modules.  This module typically covers 3 hours.

  • Communication skills – Communication skills involve understanding yourself and others, expressing yourself, and asserting your needs.  Communication can also be verbal or nonverbal, in written, unwritten, spoken, and unspoken forms.  Learn the fascinating psychology behind effective communication in this dynamic and fun-filled full day seminar.  Full day.
  • Time Mastery – Individual and project management principles are covered in this module.  Learn the basics of mastering your time or laying down a framework to complete an activity that involves multiple people.  Both are covered in this module.  This module also incorporates the elements involved in goal setting.  This module typically covers 3 hours.
  • Individual Empowerment – People often think that empowerment is a function of a manager giving you power and autonomy.  In this session, participants learn that empowerment is a function of three things: the individual, co-workers and management, and the organizational structure.  This particular module has also found wide popularity for keynote addresses for special events.
  • Performance, Motivation, and Employee Profiles – In this session, participants learn about motivation and satisfaction; they are then given the opportunity to learn more about their own potential and performance on the job, why it is what it is, and how it can change.
  • Innovation and Mindmapping – Learn how to produce mindmaps to creatively solve problems and challenges.  This module is best delivered when participants come to the seminar with specific work issues and challenges.  Full day.
  • Presenting with Power! – Learn how to increase your presentation effectiveness in this full day seminar.  Presentation skills are one of the most important predictors of your business success, whether you are selling an idea to a client or a management team; or whether you are presenting in front of two people or fifty.  This hands-on seminar takes a real-life scenario that you help craft and apply all of the concepts to that scenario.
  • Strategy – Strategic planning, competitor analysis, and strategy canvassing?  There are many ideas and terms related to strategy and innovation, and this seminar covers the basics and provides a toolkit for building a comprehensive strategy.  This seminar is most effective for managers who come to the seminar with specific challenges that they hope to frame using the tools from the seminar.
